Specification Writing
|
|||||
|
Introduction A Requirements Specification is a definition of the user's needs to solve a particular business problem. It should describes what you want to achieve but not necessarily how to achieve it.
If you need a requirements specification but lack either the skills or the
resources to undertake this yourselves then we can write one for you. Over the
years we have created many specifications for all types of clients. Some were
for applications that we have subsequently developed, others for third party or
in-house use. Irrespective of who is intended to undertake the eventual
development we always endeavor to be objective and impartial and will write the
specification from your perspective and with your best interests in mind. |
| What is
included? The content of a specification can vary considerably but a typical one might include: |

| What To Do
Next... If you are interested in having a specification written for you then please contact us to arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements further. Please note that during the writing of a specification we will normally have to undertake a series of meetings with all involved parties (users, technical staff, managers, support personnel, etc.) to ensure that we fully understand your requirements and that we have taken the views of all personnel affected by the proposed development into consideration.
