7. Integrated Excel Chart
This shows an embedded Excel chart sitting inside an Access form. We used Excel, rather than Microsoft Graph, due to it's superior charting abilities (you can't create Spider Graphs such as these in MS Graph for example). The top and bottom of the screen (the 'Patent' dropdown list and the 'Min, Max, Average' option selectors) are in Access and the rest of the screen is embedded Excel. The two components interact so if, for example, you chooses a different Patent or selected 'Average' then the graph would redraw to reflect the new information.
